Helium
Buy locally from a welding-gas supplier, about $300 for a 200 cubic foot tank, roughly $1.50 per cubic foot.
A blimp fills with about 170 cf, around $255. A sphere takes about 87 cf, around $130. You then lose about one percent a day, so plan on topping off every three to seven days at roughly $2.50 a day.
Or let us handle it, in Phoenix and Tucson
In greater Phoenix and Tucson we run the whole thing: balloon, helium, installation, weather monitoring and removal. Balloon service is $247.25 a day and blimp service $297.25 a day, with Tucson $30 a day more.
Billed every Monday for the weekend just flown. No contract, no minimum, stop any time, and no charge on days weather keeps it down. On a rooftop install that weather call is the part worth handing over.
